Bandipur
lies in-between Kathmandu & Pokhara and is an old Newari settlement, that delights the visitors with the spectacular mountain views, artistic house, pagoda temples, quaint streets and its distinct life-style. Bandipur used to be a vibrant commercial center on the traditional Tibet-Indian Trade route in the late 19th century. Traders from Bhaktapur migrated here in 1880 and transformed Bandipur in present state.
