An advance of 25% is required at the time of trip booking which should be bank transferred 30 days prior to trip departure
The remaining balance has to be paid to the organization before trekking /Expedition /Tour departure. `ex-Kathmandu
If you make a decision to change your Trekking Itinerary in the middle of your trek/trip, you will ``have to bear all any additional charges involved. Our guide will advice you regarding the logistics ``involved but bear in mind that you are responsible for all arrangements.
In case of cancellation. are only accepted until 15 days before departure. Charges are calculated according to the expenditures done for each programs
