White water River Rafting in Nepal
Nepal has also earned the reputation a one of the best destination in the world for the white water rafting and kayaking. Most of the rivers are glacier fed that runs directly down from the mountains, so their rapidity and currents are as varied as the topography. Hence, Nepal’s thundering waters coming from the glaciers of mighty Himalayas provide the unmatched thrills for rafting and kayaking and immersing oneself in the landscape is not an experience to be forgotten easily.
3 days Trisuli River
10 days Sun Koshi
10 days Karnali
6 days Kali Gandaki
5 days Bheri River
2 days Tambur River
Bhotekoshi
A beautiful unspoiled river with good white water, gorges, wildlife and a feeling of remoteness. Recommended for people wanting an exciting medium-length raft trip and as a self-sufficient Kayak trip for intermediate and expert Kayakers. We recommend combining this river with a trek beforehand up into the mountains. Also consider continuing down the lower Kali Gandaki to Chitwan National Park
