Bardia national Park (968 Sq. km) is the largest and most undisturbed wilderness area in the Terai lowlands. It consists of sal forests and tall grasslands. It’s a regenerated habitat for endangered species like the rhinoceros, wild elephant, tiger, swamp deer, black buck,gharial crocodile and Gangetic dolphin. Cobras, Kraits and pythons are also found here. Endangered birds include the Bengal florican,, lesser florican, silver eared mesia and sarus crane. The local people are mainly Tharus.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 2: A guide Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley

Day 3: Fly to Nepalgunja and Drive to Royal Bardi National park

Day 4: Jungle Activities including Jungle drive, Elephant back ride

Day 5: Drive/Fly back from Bharatpur to Kathmandu

Day 6-7: Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu valley

Day 8: Final departure from Kathmandu
